Girls Gymnastics
In girls gymnastics, we emphasize fun and excitement while developing a core group of basic skills on all four Olympic events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise.
Boys Gymnastics
In boys gymnastics, we emphasize fun and excitement while developing a core group of basic skills on all six Olympic events: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar.
Pre-school Gymnastics
Our goal at SGA is to provide a positive environment where we can introduce preschoolers to the basics of gymnastics while improving balance, coordination, flexibility, and self-confidence.
Trampoline and Tumbling
These are gymnastics classes for kids who want to concentrate their efforts on the tumbling aspect of gymnastics and are great for those who aren't interested in the other Olympic gymnastics events.
Our Gymnastics Offering

We hope to see you soon!
Our Gymnastics Background
Hello, my name is Mark Seyler. My wife, Missy, and I have been residents of North Texas for over 20 years and have been active in gymnastics since we were very young. Between the two of us, we've coached and competed at just about every level of the sport.
Missy began gymnastics at the age of three in Oklahoma and trained and competed all the way up to the collegiate level as a member of the OU Women's Team. Missy began coaching at 15 and quickly developed a passion for instruction, a passion which is as strong as ever today. While attending OU and training with the college teams, Missy and I both also coached at the OU club programs.
I was introduced to gymnastics at the age of five in Michigan and trained at Browns Gymnastics in Florida for much of my younger years. My accomplishments include being a five time member of the USA Mens Junior National Team. I was offered full scholarships to many of the top schools in the nation and chose to join the University of Oklahoma. The tradition of gymnastics is strong at OU and it was an honor to compete there for four years.
In January, SGA entered its 17th year of operation. Missy and I are proud of how the staff has grown into a solid team. A team built on a passion for the sport of gymnastics and a love of teaching children. We look forward to an exciting 2021 with all of you!
